About Our Agency
|
Apple Tree Realty was established in 1999 by Bonita M. Sessions, who is still the current owner and the agency's Designated Broker. We have three full time, licensed agents who offer a wide range of real estate services and provide representation to Buyers and Sellers.
We participate in the IDX* because we understand that as a Buyer, you want to be able to see all the properties being offered for sale in a given area, and not just our agency's listings, and as a Seller, we know you want the most exposure you can get when selling your property.
Real estate is a major investment and we feel it is important that you, the Consumer, understand the different relationships one can have with a Real Estate Agency so you can make an informed buying or selling decision. *Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a real estate property search site which allows the public to conduct searches of approved Multiple Listing Service (MLS) properties in a certain area. This service allows any participating agency to display more available property listings on their website. |
