Bonita M Sessions, CPA, ABR, SRES
Bonita M. Sessions is a native of Bethel, who graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and is now a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 30 years of accounting and taxation experience. Bonita has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 20 years and has been the owner and designated broker of Apple Tree Realty in Bethel, since starting the company in 1999. Since that time, she has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. She is a member of the Senior Real Estate Council, the Maine Association of Realtors (MAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and is more than qualified to represent you in your search for a property. With both her business education and tax background and expertise, she has the knowledge and experience to handle all your real estate transactions and is uniquely qualified to advise you on the tax ramifications of your residential or commercial real estate transaction. Monica Ludden is an Associate Broker who has been practicing real estate since 2002. She is a "local gal" who grew up in Bethel and was educated in area schools. After a year of college she returned to Bethel, not sure quite what the future would hold. One day a good friend suggested that Monica's outgoing personality, her passion for conversation and her extensive knowledge of the Bethel region would make for a great real estate agent?..so, she went to school, got her license, and has been connecting buyers and sellers ever since. Monica is well versed in modular home construction and is comfortable with many financing programs being offered today, due to her mother's extended banking career. Carol Everett, ABR, CRS
Carol Everett is a native of Bethel who attended the local schools and graduated from Gould Academy. She obtained her first real estate sales license in the late 1980's and worked for several different agencies part time over the years while juggling employment at various financial institutions throughout the area. For the past six years Carol has been practicing real estate full time and has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designations as well as her real estate Broker license.

Tama Drown
Tama Drown was born and raised in the beautifully diverse mid-coast region of Maine. She has a natural talent and genuine genetic predisposition for the real estate business; her parents were successful real estate brokers for many years.
In 1999 Tama and her husband, Gary, built a home in the rugged mountains of Newry, Maine. After settling into the area and getting a sense for the rental market, Tama and Gary started, in 2002, Hideaway Rentals and Property Management, LLC. The mission statement of their business has been to handle each and every property as if it were their own and approach each and every rental contract with an understanding of what outstanding service should feel like. This, naturally, has garnered a following of loyal repeat and referral customers.
Tama also has a "bricks and sticks" knowledge of home construction after co-designing with her husband and managing the building of two homes and the remodel of their rental property. In the process, she created an outstanding network of bankers, appraisers, home inspectors, craftsmen and tradespeople; all of whom she has worked with personally and professionally.
Repeated requests by rental clients to help them purchase vacation homes prompted Tama and her husband, in the summer of 2009, to obtain their real estate licenses thereby allowing them to provide a full circle of services to their clients.
